学分制下辅导员工作初探

A Study on the Role of Tutors in the Credit System

高校学生行政管理工作是连续进行的 ,在实施学年制教育情况下 ,学生的思想政治工作和日常行政管理一般是以班主任为对象 ,班级为管理单位 ,学生宿舍为管理的落脚点 ,这种管理模式的特点是统一管理 ,线条清楚 ,学生便于集中 ,各种活动便于开展 ,工作效果便于检查。为充分调动学生学习的主动性、积极性 ,改进教学管理制度 ,提高教育教学质量 ,学年制改学分制势在必行 ,在学分制下如何做好学生工作 ,笔者认为有三个问题应该值得重视 :一、如何认识辅导员工作的重要性 ;二、辅导员工作重心应该放在学生干部的选拔培养上 ;三、辅导员工作的落脚点在什么地方。

The administration of students in universities and colleges is successive.In the year-end system,a master is in charge of stndents' mental instouction and roufine administration, and a class is the unit for management, and a dorrifory is the basis for management. The system is characferised by the united management and the clear pattern, which contribute to the conuenience of gathering students, of carrying out activities, and of evaluating tasks' effects. In order to increase students' keenness on study,to improve the system of teaching adainistration, and to promote the teaching guality, the credit system inevitably needs to take the place of the year-end system. With regards to the administration of students in the credit system, the three aspects should be taken into account:1.how to recogniwze tufors' important role;2.tutors' tasks should be focused on choosing and cultivating student cadres;3.where to set the basis of tutors' tasks.
