摘要
强调基础教育改革研究要从系统的角度来分析考试、课程、管理、师资和教学等因素的各自的地位和作用 ,同时更应注重五因素改革的统一关系。
The paper proposed that the research of the basic education reform must be from the systematic point of view, to analyze the role and function of tests, courses, management, teachers and teaching. In the course of the reform, attention should be paid to the inter relations between the five factors.
