中小学教师专业化存在的问题与对策

摘要 教师专业化已成为全球性的教育热点问题。在西方许多发达国家 ,非常重视教师专业化的理论探讨和研究 ,并积极推进有效的实践。在我国教师专业化起步较晚 ,从整体上讲水平不高 ,发展很不成熟 ,存在着许多亟待解决的问题。要提高我国中小学教师的专业化程度 ,应努力提高师范院校教师的专业化程度 ;积极稳妥地推进教师培养模式和课程的改革 ;建立规范化的管理体制 ; The specialization of teachers has already become the focus of the global education. In many western developed countries, attention was paid to the theoretical exploration and researches. In China, the specialization of teachers had a late start. It was still in a low level and immature stage. Also there were many problems demanding prompt solution. So the specialization of teachers in primary and middle schools needed to be improved. Firstly, trying to improve the specilization of teachers in the normal schools. Secondly, actively and steadily carrying out the reform in the teacher training models and courses. Thirdly, setting up a normalized administrative system. Fourthly, improving teachers economic treatment and social status.
