摘要
双语教育起源于多元文化国家民族语言与官语或多种官语的语言教育 ,致力于培养双语人才 ,并逐渐被借用到外语与本族语教育上来 ,形成一种不同于前者的外语双语教学模式。在中国加入WTO之后 ,以上海、广东、辽宁等地为代表的双语教学已迅速地发展了起来 。
Bilingual education, a kind of linguistic education, was originated in Guangzhou from the education of dialects and native language or the multi language education in a multicultural country. As a new form of bilingual teaching model, it was different from the former. After China entering WTO, the bilingual teaching, taking Shanghai, Guangdong, and Liaoning as a leading, was rapidly developed and taking an important effect on the foreign language teaching in the primary and middle schools in China.
