政治生态是党风、政风、社会风气的反映,在新时代备受关注和重视,如何有效建设良好政治生态值得探讨。在依法治国与以德治国相结合的大背景下,单纯强调某一方面都不会达到良好效果,必须树立德法共治理念,使法律和道德有机融合,互为补充,相辅相成。德法共治理念有着遥远的历史渊源和现实的政策背景依据,是党风、政风治理的组合拳和政治生态治理中人民群众参与的导向器。德法共治理念的运用要兼顾政治生态治理的主体、关键领域、社会生态状况以及德法机制的耦合运用,实现政治生态治理的良好效果。

The political ecology is the reflection of the Party’s style,political style and social style.How to effectively build a good political ecosystem is a matter of great concern in the new era.Merely relying on rule by morality or rule by law will not work effectively.We must establish the concept of moral and legal co-governance,with the aim of integrating law and morality for political ecology governance.This concept has a long history and a realistic policy background,and serves as a guide for the people to participate in political and ecological governance.In the application of this concept,attention should be paid to the main body,key fields,social ecological condition,and the coupling application of morality and law,so as to achieve good results of political ecology governance.
