摘要
目的初步探讨落新妇苷含量测定稳定性。方法进行落新妇苷含量测定稳定性试验,采用UPLC-MS分析落新妇苷含量测定中杂质峰。结果由UPLC-MS中分子离子峰、碎片离子信息结合二聚体峰差异初步判断出杂质峰为落新妇苷同分异构体。结论在落新妇苷含量测定中,应特别注意试验条件尽量避免同分异构体转化而引起的稳定性问题。
Objective To discuss the stability of Astilbin in quantitative determination.Methods The content determination stability test was carried out,and UPLC-MS was used to analyse the peak of impurity.Results According to molecular ion peak,fragment ion peak and dipolymer peak,the peak of impurity was initially identified as isomers of Astilbin.Conclusion Concentration should be paid on the transformation of isomers occure in in quantitative determination in case of if cause decreased postural stability.
