不同剂量和煎煮时间的附子煎剂对小鼠非特异性免疫和毒性的影响 被引量:6

Nonspecific Immunit and Acute toxicity Efects of Diferent Dose and boil time of Aconiti lateralis radix praeparata

摘要 目的研究不同剂量和煎煮时间的附子煎剂对小鼠非特异性免疫和急性毒性的影响。方法采用环磷酰胺诱导免疫低下模型,选用单核巨噬细胞的吞噬能力作为评价指标。采用Bliss法测定其半数致死量。结果与模型组比较,附片30g煎0.5h、1.0h、1.5h、2.0h、2.5h、3.0h组及附片60g煎0.5h组均可明显提高碳粒廓清指数(K)和吞噬指数(a)(P<0.01);附片30g煎3.0h组可明显提高胸腺指数(P<0.05);附片60g煎1.5h、2.0h、2.5h、3.0h组,附片100g煎0.5h、1.0h、1.5h、2.0h、2.5h组及附片60g高压1.0h组可明显提高脾指数(P<0.05)。结论随着药物剂量增大和煎煮时间减少,LD_(50)值逐渐减小,药物的安全范围变小,毒性增大。30g煎煮各时间点和60g煎煮1.0h的免疫调节作用明显。 Objective To campare nonspecific immune and acute toxicity effects of different dose and boil time of Aconiti lateralis radix praparata.Methods The mouse models of cyc1 ophosphamide induced immunosuppression,the mononuclear macrophage phagochtosis ability as the evaluation index.LD50 was determined by the method of Bliss.Results Aconiti lateralis radix praparata 30 g boil 0.5 h,1.0 h,1.5 h,2.0 h,2.5 h,3.0 h,and 60 g boil 1.0 h obviously increased the K and a(P<0.01).A coniti lateralis radix praparata 30 g boil 3.0 h obviously increased thymus index(P<0.05);60 g boil 1.5 h,2.0 h,2.5 h,3.0 h;100 g boil 0.5 h,1.0 h,1.5 h,2.0 h,2.5 h and 60 g high pressure 1.0 h obviously increased spleen index(P<0.05).Conclusion With the increase of dose and decrease of boil time,the LD50 value gradually decreased,the scope of drug safety became smaller and the toxicity increased.30 g every boiling time and 60 g boiling 1.0 h immunomodulatory effect is obvious.
