《黄氏医话》是民国推拿名家黄汉如从数以万计的受诊者中,择其记忆整理记录而成的一本推拿著作。该书是一指禅推拿流派代表作之一,也是珍贵的早期成人推拿文献。全书由35则医话和12则报载摘录组成,行文流畅,内容丰富,临床诊治注重辨证,精于脉诊,提倡推拿勿用蛮力,反对过服补剂。文章对其学术思想作一分析,以期促进一指禅推拿学术研究,为现代推拿临床实践提供借鉴。

'Huang Shi Yi Hua'is a book of Tuina written by Huang Hanru who chose his memory and records from the thousands of patients in the Republic of China.It is one of the masterpieces of One-finger Chan Tuina and also a precious early adult Tuina book.The book is composed of 35 medical notes and 12 journal excerpts,which is smooth in writing and rich in content.The clinical diagnosis and treatment focus on syndrome differentiation,and is good at pulse diagnosis.It advocates Tuina without using brute force and opposes the overuse of tonics.This article makes an analysis of its academic ideology,with a view to providing reference for modern Tuina clinical practice,inheriting and carrying forward the One-finger Chan Tuina.
