摘要 目的探究NaCl胁迫对野葛种苗生理特性的影响。方法以野葛种苗为研究对象,测定其在不同浓度NaCl胁迫条件下多种生理指标情况。结果 (1)随着处理时间的延长,除对照组外,几种处理条件下野葛种苗的叶绿素含量均呈现出降低的趋势,NaCl浓度越高,叶绿素含量降低幅度越大;(2)对照组和低浓度NaCl处理组丙二醛(MDA)的积累量低,高浓度处理组则积累了较高含量的丙二醛(MDA);(3)低浓度的NaCl胁迫会刺激野葛种苗氧化酶类的产生用来保护其减少伤害,而高浓度的NaCl胁迫严重破坏了野葛种苗细胞的膜结构,导致野葛种苗里氧化酶类大量减少,活性降低;(4)低浓度的NaCl胁迫条件下,野葛种苗中可溶性蛋白的含量会升高,升高的可溶性蛋白可以增强野葛种苗对NaCl胁迫的抵抗能力,而高浓度NaCl胁迫则损坏了野葛种苗的膜脂和膜系统,影响野葛种苗的正常萌发和生长。结论开展NaCl胁迫对野葛种苗生理特性的研究有利于促进野葛种质资源的开发与利用。 Objective To explore the effects of NaCl stress on physiological characteristics of Pueraria lobata seedlings.Methods Taking Pueraria lobata seedlings as the research object,the physiological indexes of Pueraria lobata seedlings under different NaCl stress were determined.Results(1)With the prolongation of treatment time,the chlorophyll content of Pueraria lobata seedlings showed a decreasing trend under several treatment conditions except the control group.The higher NaCl concentration,the greater the decrease of chlorophyll content;(2)The accumulation of malondialdehyde(MDA)in control group and low concentration NaCl treatment group was low,while that in high concentration treatment group was high;(3)Low concentration of NaCl stress can stimulate the production of oxidases in Pueraria lobata seedlings to protect them from injury,while high concentration of NaCl stress seriously damages the membrane structure of Pueraria lobata seedlings,resulting in a large reduction of oxidases in Pueraria lobata seedlings and a decrease in their activity;(4)Under low concentration NaCl stress,the soluble protein content in Pueraria lobata seedlings will increase.The increased soluble protein can enhance the resistance of Pueraria lobata seedlings to NaCl stress,while high concentration NaCl stress damages the membrane lipid and membrane system of Pueraria lobata seedlings,affecting the normal germination and growth of Pueraria lobata seedlings.Conclusion Study on physiological characteristics of Pueraria lobata seedlings under NaCl stress is beneficial to promote the development and utilization of Pueraria lobata germplasm resources.
