摘要
目的对大果木姜子鲜品与干品挥发性成分进行分析。方法采用GC-MS测定并结合Nist2005和Wiley275标准质谱图进行检索,用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。结果从鲜品大果木姜子中共鉴定出29个成分,占精油总成分92.99%,从干品大果木姜子中共鉴定出68个成分,占精油总成分92.93%,大果木姜子精油的主要成分为:α-柠檬醛,柠檬醛,桉叶油醇,香茅醛,月桂烯,蒎烯,香叶醇。结论采用GC-MS对鲜品和干品大果木姜子精油的挥发性进行分析,可为苗药"鲜用理论"开发利用大果木姜子提供科学依据。
Objective To analyze the volatile components both from the fresh fruit of Litsea Lam and the dried one through using the technology of GC-MS.Methods Apply GC-MS to measure,combine the standard mass spectrograms of Nist2005 and Wiley 275 to retrieve and calculate relative mass fractions of every component by using the method of peak area normalization.Results 29 components were identified in fresh fruits of Litsea Lam,accounting for 92.99 percent of the total components of essential oil;68 components were identified in dried fruits of Litsea Lam,taking up 92.93 percent of the total components of essential oil.The main components of Litsea Lam oil are:α-Citral,Citral,Cineole,Citronellal,Myrcene,Pinene,Geraniol.Conclusion This experiment focuses on analyzing the volatility of essential oils extracted both from the fresh fruit of Litsea Lam and the dried one by using the GC-MS,which can provide a scientific evidence for the development and utilization of Litsea Lam based on the theory of using fresh materials in Miao medicine.
