摘要
目的寻找麦冬传统性状与显微特征的关联性,为麦冬传统经验鉴别提供组织学依据。方法采用性状和显微鉴定方法对湖北麦冬、川麦冬进行比较,采用灰色关联分析对其性状和显微鉴定结果进行关联性分析。结果灰色关联分析显示:麦冬中柱直径与木质部束个数关系最为密切,关联度为0.85,即中柱直径越大,则木质部束个数越多,导致麦冬断面木芯明显;性状和显微鉴定显示:两种麦冬表皮皱缩深浅度的不同与其根被细胞数目及列数排布的均匀性有关。结论将性状鉴定、显微鉴定和数学分析方法相结合,可科学诠释性状差异与内部组织结构的相关性,为阐明中药传统经验鉴别精髓提供新的思路和方法。
Objective To find out the correlation between the traditional traits and microscopic features of Radix Ophiopogonis,and provide the histological basis for empirical identification.Methods Hubei Radix Ophiopogonis and Chuan Radix Ophiopogonis were compared by macroscopic identification and microscopic identification,the correlation of the macroscopic identification and microscopic identification results was performed using grey correlation analysis.Results The grey relational analysis showed that the diameter of the vascular cylinder was closely related to the number of xylem bundles,and the correlation degree is 0.85,If the diameter of the vascular cylinder is larger,the number of xylem bundles will increase,leading to obvious wood core of the Radix Ophiopogonis section;The macroscopic and microscopic identification showed that the difference shrinkage between the two kinds of Radix Ophiopogonis epidermis was related to the number of velamen cell and the distributed uniformity.Conclusion The combination of macroscopic identification,microscopic identification and mathematical analysis methods can scientifically interpret the correlation between trait and internal organizational structure,and provided new ideas and methods for elucidating the essence of empirical identification of traditional Chinese medicine.
