摘要
目的建立不同产地猫人参HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用Shim-pack CLC-ODS(4.6 mm×25 mm,5μm)色谱柱,DIKMA EasyGuard C_(18)(10 mm×4.6 mm)保护柱,乙腈-0.5%醋酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长280nm,流速1ml/min。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)计算相似度,建立不同产地猫人参指纹图谱。结果 13批猫人参的HPLC指纹图谱有24个共有峰,7个样品相似度在0.8以上,3个样品的相似度在0.7~0.8范围,3个样品的相似度小于0.7。结论首次建立中药猫人参HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。该分析方法简便、可靠,可快速有效的对猫人参药材进行鉴定和质量评价。
Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint method for evaluating the quality of the roots of Actinidia valvata from different habitats.Methods The analysis was carried out on a Shim-pack CLC-ODS(4.6 mm×25 mm,5μm)column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-acetic acid water solution(0.5%)with the flow rate of 1 ml/min.'Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Chinese materia medica 2004 A'was used to calculate the similarity.Results There were 24 common peaks in HPLC chromatogram of 13 batches of the roots of Actinidia valvata.The similarity of 7 samples was greater than 0.8,3 samples of that was in the range of 0.7-0.8 and another 3 samples was less than 0.7.Conclusion Establishing the HPLC fingerprint of the roots of Actinidia valvata for the first time.The method is quick and simple,which provides the scientific basis for the identification and quality evaluation of the roots of Actinidia valvata.
