基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论的肺间质纤维化发病机制及治疗探讨

肺间质纤维化近年来发病率逐年上升,严重摧残人类的身心健康。中医从"阳化气,阴成形"理论系统阐释肺间质纤维化本虚标实病机,"阳化气"功能不足为本病发病及病情进展基本病机,"阴成形"功能失常,痰浊、水饮、瘀血、毒滞痹阻肺络。认为"阳化气"应为肺间质纤维化病情逆转的关键,确立"温阳化气"为肺间质纤维化治疗原则,以期指导临床治疗。
