基于数据挖掘的外燥用药规律及新方研究

Analysis on Composing Principle and Research New Prescriptions for Exogenous Dryness Syndrome on Data Mining Technology

目的基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析民国及以前的医案中治疗外燥的谴方用药规律。方法搜集整理"中华医典"及《全国名医验案类编》等书中外燥相关方剂,录入中医传承辅助平台,剖析治疗外燥的医案中药物使用规律,并生成治疗外燥新处方。结果该研究共搜集外燥相关的医案153例,涉及处方188首,药性中寒性药最多,药味中甘味药最多,挖掘出核心药物组合25组,通过复杂系统熵聚类演化得到新处方5首。结论治疗外燥的用药规律是寒温并用,药味多甘苦辛,治法以养阴复脉、清肺泻火、通腹泻热、流气润燥、健脾化痰为主。

Objective To analyze the regularity of the prescriptions,using to treat exogenous dryness syndrome,through Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System 2.5(TCMISS 2.5).Methods The prescriptions for treating exogenous dryness in Zhong Hua Yi Dian and other books such as National Famous Doctors Medical Cases Complication,were collected and encoded into TCMISS.To analyze the regularity and generate new prescriptions,data mining methods were used.Results The 153 cases in treating exogenous dryness syndrome,covered 188 prescriptions,were totally collected.The most commonly used drugs are cold and bitter ones.25 central combinations were founded.Through complex system entropy cluster,5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion The research shows that treating exogenous dryness syndrome prefer cold and hot drugs used together.The new prescriptions gives priority to nourishing Yin and Blood,clearing lung heat away,promote cacation to exhaust heat,tonifying Qi to moisten dryness and invigorating spleen and resolving phlegm,etc.
