清代古籍中脂肪肝方药证治探析

Exploration based on ancient literature of Qing Dynasty for TCM treatment of fatty liver disease

目的探究清代医家治疗脂肪肝的方药证治规律。方法在《中华医典》中选择清朝时期古籍文献,输入相应检索词检索出脂肪肝相关文献,排除干扰文献后,进行总结及统计分析。结果清代治疗脂肪肝的方药中,补虚药、理气药、活血化瘀药、解表药、温里药、利水渗湿药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药、化湿药出现的频率较高,累计频率达84.53%,起到主要治疗作用。其中的补虚药、理气药、活血化瘀药、解表药、温里药、利水渗湿药最为常用。结论清代医家治疗脂肪肝以温中补虚、行气活血、化痰祛湿为主。

Objective To explore the regularity for the treatment of fatty liver disease(FLD)in Qing Dynasty.Methods Place the key words in the Encyclopaedia of TCM,and then,collect the relevant TCM ancient literature of fatty liver disease.After excluding the interference literature,summary the relative literature and statistical analysis is needed.Results In all the collected prescriptions in Qing Dynasty,the commonly used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are tonic drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs,exterior disorder-relieving drugs,interior-warming drugs,clearing damp and promoting diuresis drugs,heat-clearing drugs,expectorant drugs,and damp dispersing drugs.Cumulative frequency is 84.53%.Among them,the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine are tonic drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,blood-activating and stasis-eliminating drugs,exterior disorder-relieving drugs,interior-warming drugs,and clearing damp and promoting diuresis drugs.Conclusion The treatment of fatty liver disease in Qing Dynasty can be summarized as'warming the spleen and stomach,tonifying the deficiency,activating Qi and promoting blood circulation,dispelling phlegm and eliminating dampness'.
