摘要
目的基于医院信息管理系统(hospital information system,HIS)数据,研究未成年人群脉血康胶囊中西药合并用药规律,为临床用药提供参考。方法基于全国25家医院11446例使用脉血康胶囊患者,从中遴选出使用过脉血康胶囊的216例未成年患者的用药信息,用频数统计的方法找出使用频次较高药物进行评价,基于Apriori算法的用药特征关联规则分析未成年人群脉血康胶囊中西药合并用药规律。结果真实世界HIS数据库中,脉血康胶囊治疗未成年患者常常与活血化瘀剂、抗生素类、抗病毒药、抗消化性溃疡药、抗肿瘤药等药品联合应用。结论脉血康胶囊在治疗未成年患者时常与药理作用相似的化学药物联合使用,请临床医生注意患者的获益与风险。
Objective To analyze the rules of Mai Xue Kang Capsule in combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treating juveniles based on Hospital Information System(HIS).Methods The data of this study was based on electrical medical records in real world clinical situations extracted from hospital information system of 25 GradeⅢA hospitals in China.The cases of 216 juveniles using Mai Xuekang capsule were selected.Descriptive analysis and association rules were used to research the characteristics of combination of drugs.Results In the real world HIS database,Mai Xuekang capsule is often used in combination with blood activating and stasis removing agents,antibiotics,antiviral drugs,anti-peptic ulcer drugs,antitumor drugs and other drugs.Conclusion Mai Xuekang capsule was used at treatment of juveniles is often combination with similar pharmacological effects chemical drugs.Doctors should balance the benefits and the risks.
