摘要
阴证疮疡的发病机制复杂,宏观辨证难以进行准确定位。通过分析'玄府气液学说',试从微观辨证角度探讨阴证疮疡的内在原因,以期丰富对该病病因的认识。认为该病的病位在于玄府,玄府郁闭、气液阻塞是阴证疮疡发生的可能机制,治疗上强调阳和通玄的重要性。
The mechanism of Yin sore is complex,and it is difficult to accurately locate the macroscopic syndrome differentiation.Through analyze the'XuanFu gas-liquid theory',the internal causes of Yin sore selection were discussed from the micro dialectical perspective,in order to enrich the understanding of the etiology of this disease.It is believed that the location of the disease lies in XuanFu,and emphasise|the importance of Yanghe Tong Xuan.
