新裸花紫珠止血消毒剂的制备及功效研究

Preparation and Efficacy study of new Callicarpa nudiflora hemostatic disinfectant

目的 制备新裸花紫珠止血消毒剂样品,并测定其消毒剂样品的质量与功效,方法 采用快速萃取仪提取裸花紫珠的方法,添加辅料丙二醇,水杨酸制备得到消毒剂样品,并对消毒剂样品的感官性状、重金属含量、皮肤刺激性、杀灭微生物和止血、镇痛消炎效果进行试验。与市场常用的止血剂进行对比试验,结果 新制裸花紫珠消毒剂样品的Pb、As、Hg含量低于0.001%、0.0002%和0.0001%的限量要求,稳定性良好,对家兔的皮肤无刺激性,且该样品液作用5 min对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞杆菌的杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>4.00。止血和镇痛消炎的效果较好,优于云南白药。结论 新裸花紫珠消毒剂制备工艺简单,性质稳定,质量易控。

Objective To prepare new Callicarpa nudiflora hemostatic disinfectant sample and determine the quality and efficacy.Methods The method that was used to prepare the sample of disinfectant is extracting Callicarpa nudiflora with a rapid extraction,by adding propanediol and salicylic acid.samples of the sensory characteristics,heavy metal content,stability,fast killing microbes,skin irritation was studied respectively.In addition,compared with the market hemostatic agent.Results The contents of Pb,As and Hg in the samples of the new Callicarpa nudiflora hemostatic disinfectant were lower than 0.001%,0.0002%and 0.0001%,with good stability.There is no irritation to the skin of the rabbit,the logarithmic values for eliminating Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Escherichia coliwere all>5.00,And Candida albicans were>4.00.when mixing the bacterial suspensions with the disinfectant for 5 min.The effect of hemostasis and analgesia was better than Yunnan Baiyao.Conclusion new Callicarpa nudiflora hemostatic disinfectant with good stability was easy to prepare and the quality was easy to control.
