桃红四物汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of " Taohong Siwu Decoction" in the Treatment of Type Ⅱ Diabetes

目的 分析评价桃红四物汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 计算机检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、WANFANG数据库,纳入有关桃红四物汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的随机对照试验与半随机对照试验,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,提取数据,采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入7个对照试验,合计439例患者,包括试验组222例,对照组217例。Meta分析结果显示:试验组桃红四物汤与对照组常规西药在临床疗效方面有显著性差异(P<0.01);糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)与空腹血糖(FBG)两个指标改善情况相当,差异均无统计学意义。结论 与常规西药相比,桃红四物汤治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病疗效显著,是一种良好的治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的方法。然而,由于现有研究数量的限制和质量的影响,还需要更多高质量、多中心的对照试验加以证实。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the curative effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction and Western Medicine on typeⅡdiabetes mellitus.Methods The computer retrieved CNKI,CBM,VIP,and Wanf and databases,and screened randomized controlled trials and semi-randomized controlled trials of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of typeⅡdiabetes.Screening of documents and extraction of data according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 7 controlled trials were included,totaling 439 patients,including 222 in the experimental group and 217 in the control group.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the experimental group Taohong Siwu Decoction and the control group(P<0.01).The improvement of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)was similar,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction is effective in the treatment of typeⅡdiabetes and is a good method for the treatment of typeⅡdiabetes.However,due to the limitations of the number of existing studies and the quality,more high-quality,multi-center controlled trials are needed to confirm.
