量化分析《伤寒论》厥阴类方的病机

Quantitative Analysis of Pathogenesis of Jue-Yin Disease

目的 通过分析厥阴类方的配伍以量化分析厥阴病的病机。方法 收集《伤寒论》中有明确药物组成的方剂,不同剂量、炮制方法不同的同种药物需分为不同的对象处理。运用双层频权剪叉算法,计算每个药物权值,并进一步归一化各功效的权值。最后从数据库中选出厥阴病篇的方剂,通过判定功效强度归纳厥阴类方的病机特点。结果 频数最大是补心、止咳,其次是止痛、缓解心悸、补脾、养血、止呕、温脾、补气、温阳等。方剂组合分为10组,包含了温补心脾肾、清肝肺胃热、化痰、除湿、解毒、止咳、平喘等组合。结论 心脾肾易寒化,肺肝胃易热化是厥阴病的关键。

Objective To analyze pathogenesis of Jue-Yin disease quantitatively and furtherly.Methods First,we collected prescriptions which had clear ingredients in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Different doses and processing methods of drugs needed to be divided into different objects.Then,we calculated and normalized the value of efficacy of each drug by the double layer spectrum weighted cross cutting algorithm.Finally,we explained the synergy pattern and pathogenesis of Jue-Yin disease by efficacy judging.Results The most frequent effects were tonifying heart and relieving cough,followed by relieving pain amd palpitation,tonifying spleen,nourishing blood,relieving vomiting,warming spleen,tonifying Qi,warming Yang and so on.The combination of prescriptions were divided into 10 groups,including warming and tonifying heart spleen and kidney,clearing heat of stomach,lung and liver,reducing phlegm,dehumidification,detoxification,relieving cough and asthma,and other combinations.Conclusion Cold of heart,spleen,kidney and heat of lung,liver,stomach were the key to Jue-Yin disease.
