情事变更原则是我国法系合同法中的重要法律原则 ,由于情事变更原则是对合同必须严守的突破 ,所以对该原则的援用应该规定严格的适用条件。本文结合现有的研究成果 ,分析了情事变更原则的五个适用条件。

As it is a rule to destroy the obey of a contract, there must be strict provisions to apply for the regulation.The thesis analyze the five applying provisions after studying the present research.
