西门子PLC系统中模拟量干扰引起的故障分析及解决

Fault Analysis and Solution Caused by Analog Amount Interference in Siemens PLC System

针对现场液位计频繁出现满量程的故障现象,本文首先对控制系统及模拟量等接地可靠性检查处理,其次考虑控制系统电源容量方面对干扰影响处理,最终回到西门子控制系统接线规范性及抗干扰处理,达到彻底消除干扰的目的。

Aiming at the frequent failure of full range liquid level gauge on site,firstly the grounding reliability of control system and analog is checked and processed,secondly the influence of power supply capacity on interference is considered,finally return to Siemens control system wiring normative and anti-jamming treatment,achieve the purpose of eliminating interference completely.
