信号完整性在嵌入式板卡中的应用

Application of Signal Integrity(SI) on Embedded Board

本文简要介绍了我们在设计嵌入式板卡时经常遇到的信号完整性问题,并由此引入与信号完整性相关的理论知识。最终总结出,在嵌入式板卡设计中,为了有效规避信号完整性问题的出现,我们应当遵循的设计要点。

This paper briefly introduces the problem of signal integrity which we often encounter when designing embedded board, and then introduces the theoretical knowledge related to signal integrity. Finally, it is concluded that in the design of embedded board, in order to effectively avoid the emergence of signal integrity problems, we should follow the design points.
