伴随着移动互联网络和各类电子产品的普及,网上购物成为了一种非常受欢迎的购物方式,与电子商务相关的网络犯罪也越来越多,增长速度惊人。对待电子商务背景下的犯罪案件,需要使用有效工具进行犯罪取证分析。但在这个过程中,常存在证据数据来源广、具有不确定性且数量过多的问题,因此,本文着重研究了证据融合过程中证据理论的相关改进,以获得一致性较高的证据链。

With the popularity of mobile Internet and various electronic products, online shopping has become a very popular way of shopping.There are more and more cyber crimes related to electronic commerce, and the growth rate is astonishing. To deal with criminal cases under the background of e-commerce, we need to use effective tools to conduct criminal forensic analysis. But in this process, there are many problems such as wide sources, uncertainty and excessive quantity of evidence data. Therefore, this paper focuses on the improvement of evidence theory in the process of evidence fusion, in order to obtain a consistent evidence chain.
