摘要
自然灾害之间存在着紧密的联系,例如水文监控可能会影响到洪涝,风力的大小会影响到沙尘等等,这一切都需要统筹计算,才能得出更准确地监测和防控手段。本设计提出云灾害智慧监测的理念,不仅收集各类自然数据,将有效数据传递给云灾害服务器,云灾害服务器分析各类基础数据,判定当前的灾害特性和防控手段。
There is a close relationship between natural disasters. For example, hydrological monitoring may affect floods, and the size of winds will affect sand and dust. All of this requires coordinated calculations to obtain more accurate monitoring and control measures.. This design proposes the concept of smart monitoring of cloud disasters. It not only collects all kinds of natural data, but also transmits valid data to cloud disaster servers. Cloud disaster servers analyze various basic data to determine current disaster characteristics and prevention and control measures.
