降息时机恰到好处 效果未必乐观

Reduction of Interest Rate Is Good,Result may not be Good

受美国经济衰退和“9·1 1”恐怖袭击事件的影响 ,美联储连续多次下调了美元利率 ,加大了我国人民币利率与美元利率的背离 ,加之我国经济增长速度和消费物价出现连续数月下降 ,中国人民银行决定再次调低利率。此次降息 ,时机极佳 。

Influnced by the economy recession of US and the terror of '911', the US Federal Reserve lower the rate of US dollar several times constantly, enlarging the gap between RMB and USD. In the meantime the ecomomy growth and consuming price keep down for months. As a result, the People's Bank of China decided to decrease the interest rate again. This reduction of interest rate is good, while the future is not bright.
