在过去的20年,我国交通基础设施建设取得了重大成绩,这主要得益于我国积极的交通基础设施投融资政策.入世之后,我国仍将大力发展交通运输业,如何拓宽融资渠道加大交通建设投资是投融资政策制定的核心.本文试图通过回顾我国政府对世贸组织作出的承诺,分析世贸规则对我国投融资政策的影响,探索我国交通领域投融资政策取向.

In the past twenty years, China has made great performances in the fields of transport infrastructure construction, which depends on our active transport investment and financing policy. How to widen our capital sources in the phrase of transport is a vital task after China entering WTO. In this article we retrospect our government commitments to WTO and analyze the effects on investment and financing policy, then discuss the trends of investment and financing policy in the phrase of transport.
