从公路交通与企业发展所而临的环境的相似性出发,将社会经济系统作为公路交通发展的外部环境,用TOWS分析方法对公路交通与经济发展的适应性进行了分析,提出了与之相适应的发展战略.

On the basis of the similarity between the developing environment of highway transportation and enterprises, this paper considers the system of social economics as the outside environments of highway transportation, analyses the adaptability of highway transportation and economics by using the TOWS method, and proposes the developing strategy of highway transportation.
