摘要
随着高职教育实践教学改革的深入,实验室管理作为实践教学实施的重要组成部分,需要在管理理念、管理模式、管理方法等方面做出相应的调整.实验室的管理需要切实从提高实践教学质量出发,明确实验室管理建设的目标定位,在集中与分散的管理模式、系统化与制度化的工作规程、专业化与工程化的实践环境和量化考核与激励机制相结合的评价体系等方面进行探索和实践,建立较为完善的实验实训管理体系,有效地保障实践教学任务的完成.
Training management, one of the essential components in the implementation of practical teaching, should be reformed in terms of its management concepts, modes and methods. Training management should target at lifting up practical teaching, clarifying the goals of management in the forms of centralized or decentralized management, systemized and institutionalized work regulations and process in a professionalized and engineered environment combined with qualification and rewarding mechanisms in order to establish well-organized managing system for practical training and experiments which ensure the accomplishment of practical training tasks.
