基于“虚拟-模拟仿真-实境”的实践教学模式研究——以电气化铁道司乘专业为例

Research on Practical Teaching Mode Based on “Virtual-Simulation-Live Action” to Train Electrified Railway Driver Crew

电气化铁道技术司乘专业要求学生具备较强的电力机车操纵、整备检查、试验、应急故障处理等专业实践能力,目前铁路司乘人员培养过程中专业实践技能的培养模式缺乏科学系统设计,同时铁路运输设备价格高、种类多、更新快,也限制了学生专业实践能力的提高.在高职院校司乘专业实践教学采用"虚拟-模拟仿真-实境"教学模式可提高人才培养的有效性.

The basic task of higher vocational education,which has remarkable features of profession, application and practice,is to train higher technical personnel.The graduates,who major in the electrified railway driving,are required to have strong professional abilities and skills of operating,equipment inspection, testing,troubleshooting,etc.But during the training process,the teaching modes lack scientific system design. And high price,varieties and fast updating of the railway transport equipments limit the improvement of students’ skills and abilities.This paper discusses practical teaching by using“virtual-Simulation-reality”teaching mode.
