摘要
本文从自然条件单要素分析和综合评价相结合的角度出发,探讨了川南主要自然条件对发展耕作业特别是发展粮食作物的影响。单要素分析的结果表明,水分和地貌条件是川南耕作业发展的主要障碍,可以从冬水田制度、兴建水利工程相结合的方式来解决农业干旱问题。综合评价的结果则显示了,川南目前的农耕地的质量不高,适合于玉米、小麦、水稻生长的土地面积仅占目前农耕地的50%,可以退出至少500万亩耕地用作发展经济林或用材林,以恢复被破坏的环境。
By using single-factor-analysis method and synthetical evaluation appr each, the paper examines the influences of the major natural environ mental factors upon agricultural cultivation, especially upon cereal-crop production in Sichuan province. The results of the examination indicate that the major obstacles to the development of cultivation in this area are water supply and geomophological conditions, as well as the poor quality of the arable land, merely 50% of which is up to standard. The anthor puts forward suggestions for overcoming the aridity, and for a and more rational use of the land.
