摘要
通信企业运营支撑系统是通信领域技术变革的重要产物,然而,在新的以虚拟服务为主体的竞争环境中,传统的运营支撑系统存在着对新需求反应周期长、体系结构缺乏灵活性等缺点,很难适应虚拟服务不断增长和快速变化的需求。本文通过对虚拟服务中服务产生、服务开通以及服务评价三个主要流程的阐述,明确虚拟服务系统中需要涵盖的实体,以及各实体在虚拟服务流程流转的过程中扮演的角色和承担的任务,并进一步抽象出虚拟服务系统的主要特点。
