随着新疆广电文化事业的不断发展,信号源从模拟发展到数字,节目数量也在不断增加,新疆人民广播电台原编码上星节目为8套,其中,蒙语节目和柯语节目共用一个频率。为了更好地传播广电文化,现要从信号源上将蒙语节目和柯语节目独立,单独频率上星传输,实现蒙、柯分频播出业务。同时新疆人民广播电台作为党和政府的喉舌,肩负着"让党和国家的声音传入千家万户"的重要使命,安全播出是各部门的首要任务。

With the continuous development of radio and television culture in xinjiang, Signal development from analog to digital, the number of programs is growing also, there are 8 sets of programs by satellite transmission in Xinjiang People's Broadcasting Station. Mongolian program share a frequency with Kirgiz program. In order to better spread broadcasting culture, Mongolian program and Kirgiz program should be independent of one another in signal source, single frequency transmission by satellite,achieve Mongolian program and Kirgiz program separate frequency broadcast.
