Regarding the broadband wireless network dedicated for public safety in China,the paper emphasized the necessity and urgency of refarming 340 MHz spectrum,and pointed out the direction on how to refarming,and provided some relevant suggestion on the key technologies and functionalities used for refarming.According to the demands of public safety in actual combat,some typical applications are introduced,and the new system is validated to be practical and advanced for these public safety services.
