摘要 广州供电局应急指挥系统具备应急指挥、应急处置可视化及应急信息报送等功能。结合当前日趋高标准、严要求的应急会商、应急指挥等需求,现阶段信息支持系统难以适应当前工作要求,需升级完善应急指挥系统,结合当前"互联网+"趋势,开展"互联网+应急指挥"研究,进一步提升应急指挥信息化支撑水平,达到应急资源动态监控、应急指挥有效联动、应急信息高效传递,实现应急指挥及处置全过程可观、可控、可追溯、可评价。此外,本文还研究讨论"互联网+应急指挥"平台的网络安全问题,实现一个多层次的保护云的体系。期望能够借此提高"互联网+应急指挥"平台安全防护能力。 The emergency command platform of guangzhou power supply bureau has been in stable operation for more than ten years,which can be visualized in emergency command,disposal and other links.Combined with the current increasingly high standard,strict emergency consultation,emergency command,needs,and considering the existing platform service life is longer,the software and hardware equipment,information support system has gradually adapt to the current job requirements,perfect emergency command system of guangzhou power supply bureau plans to upgrade,to promote 'Internet+emergency management',to further enhance the level of emergency command information support and reach the emergency resources dynamic monitoring,emergency command effective linkage,emergency messages efficiently,achieve significant emergency command and disposal process,controllable,traceability,can be evaluated.In addition,this paper studies the network security problem of Internet+emergency command platform,and implements a multi-level protection cloud system.The hope can improve the security protection capability of Internet+emergency command platform.
