星基增强系统电文及播发特性研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对卫星导航系统定位精度不足、完好性要求较低无法满足高精度用户需求等问题,星基增强系统(SBAS)应运而生。随着星基增强技术的不断完善和应用范围推广,如何联合各大SBAS系统,提供无缝的SBAS系统服务引起了越来越多的关注。本文在梳理和分析国内外SBAS电文设计标准的基础上,从SBAS的电文设计结构设计和播发策略方面开展了SBAS互操作需求分析,并基于星基增强电文解算处理方法研究提出了SBAS互操作设计的意见建议。 As to the insufficient positioning accuracy and low integrity requirement of current navigation satellite system,it hardly satifies the requirements of high-accuracy user.As the emerging of navigation satellite system and developing of positioning and timing technology,the positioning accuracy of navigation satellite system has been continuously improved as core competitiveness.Some highaccuracy users,especially aeronautic user,have put forward higher command to GNSS integrity.Therefore,Satellite-based Augmentation System(SBAS)emerges as the times require.What’s more,the seamless connection between different SBASs attracts more and more attention.On the basis of overall architecture and technical feature analysis at home and abroad,the paper researches on SBAS interoperability requirements in navigation message design and propagating strategy,and provides some suggestions in navigation signal design,satelliteground propagation information and augmentation information processing.
