无线电管理数据分析指标体系初步研究

Preliminary Study on Radio Management Data Analysis Index System

本文围绕无线电管理"三管理、三服务、一突出"的总体要求,以现有无线电管理数据资源为基础,综合评价频谱资源利用现状、无线电管理日常工作开展情况、无线电管理资金投入和使用情况等为分析目标,初步建立了数量指标与质量指标相结合的分级评价指标体系,并结合多维分析法阐明了各级指标的可分析维度。

According to the general requirement of radio management,basing on existing data resources,a preliminary classified index system is established.Current situation of spectrum resources utilization,daily work of radio management,investment and use of radio management funds can be evaluated with this index system. Analysis dimensions of each index are given in this paper by using multi-dimension analysis.
