Reliability Analysis on Door System of City Rail Vehicle

本文分析了成都地铁1号线车辆车门系统故障数据,利用minitab统计分析软件进行故障数据处理分析,确定车门系统故障数据符合weibull分布,对故障数据分布模型进行可靠性分析,确定车门系统可靠型特征量函数,利于现场检修人员及时准确发现并处理车门系统故障,保障车辆的运行安全。

Analyze the fault data of vehicles door system in Chengdu metro line 1,process the fault data using minitab statistical analysis software,determine the door system fault data in line with the weibull distribution.Analyze the failure data distribution model;and determine the door system reliability characteristic functions,which are conducive to discovery and handle of the door system fault accurately and timely for the maintenance staff,and ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.
