PCT、CRP、ET与革兰阴性菌血流感染脓毒症相关性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨血清PCT、CRP、ET水平与革兰阴性菌(G-)血流感染脓毒症患者急性生理学与慢性健康评分表(APACHEⅡ)评分的相关性。方法:选取我院2015年7月~2018年7月收治的脓毒症患者84例,按照血细菌培养结果不同分为G-组(n=55)、G+组(n=29)。比较两组血清PCT、CRP、ET水平,并分析其与APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。结果:G-组血清PCT、CRP、ET水平显著高于G+组(P<0.05);血清PCT、CRP、ET水平与APACHEⅡ评分呈正相关(P<0.05),G-菌中PCT与APACHEⅡ评分相关性最高,G+菌中CRP与APACHEⅡ评分相关性最高。结论:血清PCT、CRP、ET水平对鉴别G-血流感染脓毒症患者具有重要价值,且可直接反应疾病严重程度,对临床指导治疗具有重要意义。
