杨玉萍教授运用银翘马勃散加味合穴位贴敷治疗喉咳经验

The Experience and Examples of Professor YANG Yu-ping Used Yinqiaomabo Powder Plus Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Laryngeal Cough

目的:介绍杨玉萍教授运用治疗'湿温喉阻咽痛'的常用方之银翘马勃散加味联合穴位贴敷治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床经验。方法:从杨玉萍教授使用银翘马勃散加味联合穴位贴敷治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床医案入手介绍喉源性性咳嗽的病因病机、治疗原则,银翘马勃散及穴位贴敷的功用。结果:杨玉萍教授运用银翘马勃散辨证治疗喉咳之风热证具有良好疗效,能够激发人体的正气,达到扶正祛邪、宣肺止咳的目的,可以明显改善患者咽部不适,从而使咳嗽自止。结论:银翘马勃散加味联合穴位贴敷对于风热型喉源性咳嗽具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective:To introduce professor YANG Yu-ping’s clinical ex perience in the treatment of laryngeal cough with Yinqiaomabo Powder,a commonly used prescription for wet-temperature laryngeal obstruction and pharyngeal pain,combined with acupoint application.Methods:Based on professor YANG Yu-ping’s clinical case of treating laryngeal cough with Yinqiaomabo powder and acupoint application,this paper introduces the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment principle of laryngeal cough,and the function of Yinqiaomabo powder and acupoint application.Results:Professor YANG Yu-ping used Yinqiaomabo powder to treat wind-heat syndrome of laryngeal cough achieved a good curative effect,which could stimulate the body’s healthy qi,achieved the purpose of strengthening the body,dispelled pathogenic factors,promoted the lung and relieved cough,and could obviously improve the patients’pharyngeal discomfort,so that cough could stop itself.Conclusion:Yinqiaomabo powder combined with acupoint application has a good clinical effect on wind-heat laryngeal cough.
