摘要
高职院校开展专业教学自我诊断评价并有效实施质量自我管理和改进活动,既是贯彻高等教育相关文件精神的需要,也是学校落实办学主体责任、完善人才培养质量内部保证机制以及形成质量自觉、自查、自纠的重要前提。本文尝试面向区域经济、立足高职院校办学特点及相关统计数据并承接先进的专业诊断思想和理论,运用德尔菲法系统确定专业评价指标,并通过层次分析法确立各级指标权重,构建高职院校高职竞争力评价体系。
Higher vocational colleges conduct self-diagnosis evaluation of major teaching and effectively implement quality self-management and improvement activities,which is regarded as not only a need to carry out the spirit of relevant documents of higher education,but also an important prerequisite for the implementation of the main responsibility of running schools,the improvement of the internal guarantee mechanism for the quality of talent cultivation,as well as the formation of major quality consciousness,self-examination and self-correction.This paper,being oriented to the local economy,based on the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and related statistical data,and adopting advanced professional diagnosis ideas and theories,attempts to construct an evaluation system of the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges by applying the Delphi method to determine professional evaluation indicators,and establishing the weights of indicators at all levels through the analytic hierarchy process.
