基于“诊改”视角下高职院校提升专业建设水平的对策研究——以广州城建职业学院为例

Research on the countermeasures of improving the construction level of majors in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of diagnosis and reform——A case study of Guangzhou City Construction College

高职院校应引导专业重视自身建设水平,强化建设过程管理,促进专业形成自主诊改、自主约束、自主发展的长效机制,进一步落实专业建设质量保证主体责任,是持续提升专业综合竞争力和提高人才培养质量的有效途径。通过对广州城建职业学院推进专业建设主要做法分析,积极探索高职院校提升专业建设水平对策,为高职院校提供经验参考。

Higher vocational colleges should guide majors to attach importance to their own construction level,strengthen the management of construction process,promote the long-term mechanism of independent diagnosis and reform,independent restraint and independent development,and further implement the main responsibility of majors construction quality assurance,which is an effective way to continuously improve the majors’comprehensive competitiveness and improve the quality of talents cultivation.Through the analysis of the main practices of promoting the majors construction in Guangzhou City Construction College,this paper explores the countermeasures of promoting the majors construction level in higher vocational colleges,and provides the experience reference for the higher vocational colleges.
