浙江地域视角下高职教育改革策略探讨

Discussion on the reform strategies of higher vocational education in Zhejiang Province

在"十三五"规划背景下,高职教育的人才培养方式应顺应时代发展积极改革,以此迎接社会经济发展带来的巨大挑战。从目前全国高职教育的现状和时代需求出发,研究浙江地方高职教育的发展状况,分析专业设置与地方文化、地方产业的结合度,研判高职教育在服务地方经济发展的运行机制和招生制度、科研力量与人才培养模式的方式方法等方面存在的短板,并从制定与地方发展机制相协调的人才培养机制、基于地方经济和文化的产学研一体化机制、"本地"与"外地"的资源共建机制等方面提出改革策略。

Under the background of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education should conform to the development of the times and actively reform in order to meet the enormous challenges brought about by social and economic development.Based on the current situation of higher vocational education and the needs of the times,this paper studies the development of local higher vocational education in Zhejiang,analyzes the combination of majors setting with local culture and local industry,and judges the shortcomings of higher vocational education in serving the local economic development in terms of the operation mechanism,enrollment system,the power of scientific research as well as the mode and method of talent cultivation.The paper then proposes reform strategies from the aspects of formulating talents cultivation mechanism coordinated with local development mechanism,integration mechanism of industry-college-research based on local economy and culture,and coconstruction mechanism of'local'and'outside'resources.
