Social Policy: Economic Rationality and Humanistic Care

自从20世纪80年代以来,"效率与平等"这一对矛盾,成了中国社会一个永恒的话题,从社会政策的视角审视这个议题,经济哲学层面上的"效率"和"平等"可能会显得过于抽象。因此,在社会领域中做政策抉择时,是否可以用更具有可操作性的"经济理性"和"人文关怀"来取代"效率"和"平等",以衡量和调整社会政策的效率和效果。本文从"效率和经济理性","平等与人文关怀","经济理性与人文关怀"和"科学理性与人文精神"四个视角入手,对上述议题进行了讨论。并在此基础上,提出了一个有关经济理性与人文关怀的分析框架。

Since the 1980 s, the contradiction of 'efficiency and equality' has become an eternal topic in Chinese society. The topic from the perspective of social policy, as the concept of economic philosophy of 'efficiency and equality' can seem too abstract. Therefore, the policy choices made in the social field, can use more maneuverable 'economic rationality' and 'humanistic care' instead of 'equality' and 'efficiency' to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of social policies and adjustment. From the perspective of 'efficiency and economic rationality', 'equality and humanistic care', 'economic rationality and humanistic care' and 'scientific reason and humanistic spirit', the above topics are discussed. And presented an analytical framework on economic rationality and humanistic care of thought.
