摘要
三维物体水转印过程中易出现PVA薄膜拉伸和形变,导致三维物体颜色转印无法实现精准的纹理对应、颜色再现以及优良的转印效果,本文在改进水转印工艺条件基础上对三维物体水转印上色工艺参数进行研究。首先通过斯托克斯流体力学模型对活化后PVA薄膜进行物理仿真模拟,计算得到预形变后的水转印图文,然后通过对不同墨层厚度的水转印薄膜进行拉伸性能测试,并对转印过程中水温、烘干时间进行控制变量实验,获得水转印最优转印水温、烘干温度等工艺条件,实现三维物体精准着色。
Stretch and deformation of PVA films occur in the color hydrographic printing of 3 D objects,and as a result,3 D objects cannot achieve accurate texture correspondence,good color reproduction and transfer printing effect.In this study,the process parameters of precise hydrographic printing on 3 D objects were researched based on improving water transfer process conditions.Firstly,the physical simulation of activated PVA film was carried out by means of stokes hydrodynamic model,and the pre-deformed transfer images of water transfer printing were calculated.Then,the stretchability of water transfer film with different ink amount was tested,and control variable experiments was carried out with different water temperatures and drying times in the process of transfer printing.Finally,optimum transfer temperature and drying temperature were gotten to realize accurate coloring on 3 D objects.
