摘要 本研究在简要介绍电子束固化技术特点基础上,从电子束固化与介质相互作用过程、活性粒子、固化丙烯酸酯体系、固化阳离子体系几个方面阐述了固化机理;系统描述了电子帘加速器的工作原理,并给出了典型的技术指标;然后,介绍了电子束固化技术国内外研究现状;最后,对电子束固化技术在印刷包装领域的应用情况进行了介绍。 In this paper,the characteristics of electron beam curing technology were briefly introduced,then the curing mechanism was elaborated from the interaction process among electron beam curing and medium,active particles,curing acrylate system and curing cationic system.The working principle of electron curtain accelerator was described systematically,and the typical technical specifications were given.The research status of electron beam curing technology at home and abroad was introduced.Finally,the application of electron beam curing technology in the field of printing and packaging was introduced.
