摘要 原有的莫尔纹防伪技术是在印刷过程中将图文信息隐藏在单色版中,通过提取单一的隐藏信息进行防伪,此防伪技术相对简单易复制,且防伪系数较低。本研究提出一种基于莫尔纹的立体防伪方法,该方法以莫尔纹机理和图像加网技术为基础,结合相位调制图文信息隐藏算法,选择四色印刷过程中的不同色版分别实现信息隐藏,通过建立信息的加网参数与解码光栅之间的数学关系,确定解码光栅参数信息,从而提取隐藏的立体图文信息。实验结果表明:该防伪方法可实现双通道信息的隐藏和提取,达到立体的显隐效果,其防伪系数更高,可提高产品的高附加值。 The existing Moire anti-counterfeiting technology always hides graphic information in a monochrome version,and extracts a single hidden information during the printing process,which is relatively simple and easy to be copied,and the anti-counterfeiting coefficient is lower.In this study,a three-dimensional anti-counterfeiting method based on Moire was proposed.Based on the Moire mechanism and image screening technology,this method combined the phase-modulated graphic information hiding algorithm to select different color plates in the four-color printing process to realize information hiding.A decoding grating was made to extract hidden stereoscopic image information by establishing a matching relationship between hidden information parameters and decoding grating.The results showed that the anti-counterfeiting method can realize the hiding and extracting of the double information.It achieved the three-dimensional stereoscopic hidden effect,and had higher anti-counterfeiting coefficient,which can improve the high added value of the product.
