摘要
碰撞检测技术是虚拟装配过程中不可或缺的关键技术。本研究以PZ1740E单色四开单张纸胶印机印刷单元为例,使用建模软件3ds Max进行三维模型的创建,在虚拟现实引擎软件Unity 3D中进行碰撞检测,实现交互功能。其中,AABB碰撞检测法采用网上已知的运算速度最快的SaP算法进行改进,改进后的碰撞检测不仅避免了大量的伪碰撞对的产生和随之进行的剔除操作,而且支持在场景中高效地新增模型和从场景中移除模型,使得胶印机印刷单元的虚拟装配得到优化,保证了零部件碰撞检测的精确性。
Collision detection is a kind of key technology in virtual assembly.In this study,the virtual assembly of offset press was optimized by using the currently known collision detection algorithm.The AABB algorithm based on SaP algorithm improves the accuracy of parts collision detection in virtual assembly simulation process.Taking printing unit of the PZ1740 E monochrome four-sheet sheeted offset press as an example,the modeling software 3 ds Max was used to create the 3 D model,and the collision detection was performed in the virtual reality engine software Unity 3 D to realize the interactive function.The AABB collision detection method combined the fastest known SaP algorithm has been improved.This improved collision detection based on SaP algorithm not only avoids the generation of a large number of pseudo collision pairs and the subsequent culling operations,but also supports the efficient addition of models in the scene and the removal of models from the scene.The combination of the AABB collision detection method and the SaP algorithm optimizes the virtual assembly of the offset printing unit and ensures the accuracy of parts collision detection.
