专业背景多元化的轻工类研究生培养模式分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着考研人数的逐年增加,我国研究生生源背景出现多元化的趋势。轻工类专业考生中,内部生源交叉现象愈发突出,各学科原有研究生培养模式难以满足多样化生源的人才培养需求。本研究分析传统培养模式在复杂生源背景下的困境,提出挖掘学科内涵、融合各专业特色的新培养思维,并在如何设置课程与研究方向、建设跨专业导师团队、建立新型评估考核制度,完善平台建设等方面进行探讨,提出了适应当前生源背景的轻工类研究生培养模式的构想,为跨专业研究生优质培养提供保障。 The number of postgraduate students has been increasing year by year,which makes the background of postgraduate students diversified.Among the candidates majoring in light industry,the phenomenon of intersection of internal students is becoming more and more prominent,the original postgraduate training mode is difficult to meet the demand of talents export from diverse sources.In this study,the predicament of the traditional training mode was analyzed under the background of complex students,and a new training thought was put forward that taps the connotation of the discipline and integrates the characteristics of various specialties,also analyses how to set up courses and research directions,builds a team of cross-professional tutors,establish a new evaluation system,and improve the platform construction.The idea of light industry postgraduate training mode adapted to the current student source background was put forward,which provides guarantee for the quality training of cross-specialty postgraduates.
