基于技能大师工作室的数字图文信息技术专业高技能人才培养模式研究

Training Model of High-Skilled Talents in Digital Graphics and Text Information Technology Speciality Based on Skilled Master Studio

专业人才培养要与时俱进,紧密结合社会发展与岗位需求。本研究分析了目前作者所在院校数字图文信息技术专业人才培养现状。提出开展基于技能大师工作室的高技能人才培养模式建设,包括构建基于'互联网+'的电子商务平台、建立现代学徒制、建立以赛促训制等,深化校企合作,引入企业真实生产项目,使师生在项目实践中不断提高技能水平,为培养具有高超技艺、精湛技能和工匠精神高技能人才提供新的途径。

The training of professionals should keep pace with the times and closely integrate with social development and job needs.In this study,the current situation and problems of the training mode of digital graphic and information technology professionals were analysed in the college.Although students had certain professional skills when they graduate,but there was still a big gap with the post requirements.Through the construction of training mode of high skilled talents based on skill master studio,including the construction of e-business platform based on'Internet+',the establishment of modern apprenticeship,and the establishment of a system of promoting training according to competition,which had deepened the cooperation between schools and enterprises,introducing the real production projects of enterprises,teachers and students could continuously improve their skills in project practice.It is a new way to train high-skilled talents with superb skills,exquisite skills and craftsman spirit.
